These rules apply to the WinACar VIP Draw. By submitting an entry, you agree to these rules and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win where required by law. A purchase, payment, or paid activity does not guarantee a prize or improve any outcome unless expressly permitted in the final official rules for an eligible participant.
Eligibility
The draw is open only to eligible participants who are at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful. The draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law. WinACar may require proof of age, identity, location, and eligibility before confirming any prize.
How to enter
Eligible participants may enter by submitting the entry form on the WinACar landing page. Entries must include accurate contact information. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Alternative entry method
Where required by law, eligible participants may request an alternative entry method by contacting WinACar through the contact page. Requests must include the entrant's full name, email address, state, and confirmation that the entrant is at least 21 years old.
Prizes and draw dates
The current vehicle draw lineup includes a Jeep Compass draw scheduled for August 8, 2026 and a Lexus RX Plug-In Hybrid draw scheduled for August 29, 2026. Vehicle model, value, color, features, availability, taxes, registration, delivery, and fulfillment details may vary. WinACar may substitute a prize of comparable value where required by availability or operational needs.
Winner selection and notification
Potential winners will be selected from eligible entries according to the final draw process. Potential winners may be contacted by email, phone, or other submitted contact details and may be required to complete eligibility checks, affidavits, tax forms, publicity releases, or other lawful documentation before any prize is awarded.
Disqualification
WinACar may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, automated, generated by scripts or bots, submitted through prohibited methods, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.
Publicity
Where permitted by law, entering the draw allows WinACar to use a winner's name, likeness, city, state, prize information, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Release
By entering, participants release WinACar, its service providers, advertising platforms, prize suppliers, and related parties from claims arising from participation, technical failures, prize fulfillment, or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
Platform and manufacturer notice
This draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Jeep, Lexus, or any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle names are used only to identify the advertised prize models.
Changes and cancellation
WinACar may update these rules, cancel, suspend, or modify the draw if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, platform requirements, or events outside its reasonable control affect the integrity or operation of the draw.
